What we collect

• Account & contact: name, email, phone — to create your membership, take bookings and enquiries, and contact you.
• Club activity: your horse, reservations, invoices, coaching assessments — to provide the service you asked for.
• Usage analytics: anonymous, session-based app events (screens viewed, actions taken) — to improve the app. Not linked to your identity, no advertising trackers.

How we use it

Only to run the club: your account, bookings, coaching, communications and the app itself. We do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our processors Supabase (database/auth) and Resend (transactional email), under appropriate data-processing terms. We keep it only as long as needed for the membership relationship and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and data at any time via info@sinthubert.com or the in-app "Delete my account" option. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Children

Amika Pony Club accounts for under-18s are created and managed by a parent/guardian, who controls the child's data.
